2 oz [60 gr] seabuckthorn berries
1.5 T honey
Combine the berries and honey in a saucepan. Bring the mixture to a simmer over low heat then continue cooking for 2 minutes (do not mash the fruit). Transfer to a sieve and allow the fruit to drain (keep the fruit whole). Return the liquid to a pan and reduce until syrupy then remove from the heat and return the berries to the pan.
